About Nuumey®

Nuumey® is a personal budgeting application operated by Underdown Labs Ltd, United Kingdom. By creating an account and using Nuumey®, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Free service

Nuumey is free to use today. This means:

• The service is provided free of charge.
• Features may change, be added or removed without notice.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

We may introduce optional paid plans in the future. If we do, you will be given clear notice before any charges begin. Your data will carry over unless we tell you otherwise in that notice.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuumey.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must not use Nuumey for any unlawful purpose.

Not financial advice

Nuumey is a budgeting tool. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes financial advice. We help you track and plan your spending, but we are not financial advisers. For financial advice, please consult a qualified professional.

Your data

All financial data you enter into Nuumey belongs to you. You can export it at any time from Settings and delete it permanently. We do not claim any ownership over the data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' data.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Nuumey available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from service downtime.

Limitation of liability

Nuumey is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underdown Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decisions made based on information in the app.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by deleting your data in Settings and stopping use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app. Continued use of Nuumey after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Trade marks

Nuumey® is a registered trade mark of Underdown Labs Ltd in the United Kingdom (UK00004398688). You may not use the Nuumey name, logo, or other brand assets without our prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
